Kinda concerned. Was going 130+ multiple times around Heraklion before noticing a camera sign inbound about 5km before airport. I was getting passed by Mercedes, audis and various workers in lorries so I didn’t think much about it.

So far, no charges from rental agency even though I think it’s been 9 days ago since traveling on that road at that speed.

The fixed speed cameras have a big tolerance. I always braked for a camera till the legal speed and all drivers were passing me way too fast without the camera flashing. The rental car agency told me that when the max. legal speed is 50 it will only flash when you are doing more than 70 or 80.

How long should it take for the authorities to tell you of your speeding fine.  I have just been told that I activated a camera 3 years ago!

All speed camers nicely marked with a sign (sometimes just a sign without a camera).
