Additional fines for common offenses:

driving in the emergency lane = €1500
Dumping garbage through the window of the car = €60
Stopping or parking on the motorway = €60
Driving in the left lane when the right lane is free = €60
Driving in the emergency lane = €150
Consumption of food or drink or smoking while driving a motorcycle (including passengers) = €60
No helmet or seatbelts = €60

There is no penalty point system in Slovakia, but the police can take your license after 3 offenses exceeding €60 within a 12 month period.
